Manchester United continued their strong revival under interim manager Michael Carrick with a thrilling 3–2 victory over Fulham at Old Trafford, sealed by Benjamin Sesko’s late winner.

United looked in control for most of the match. Casemiro opened the scoring with a powerful header in the first half, while Matheus Cunha doubled the lead after the break with a sharp finish.

But Fulham fought back late on. Raul Jimenez converted a penalty in the 85th minute before Kevin curled home a stunning stoppage-time equaliser to shock the home crowd.

United responded instantly. Just two minutes later, Sesko fired in from close range for his fourth goal in four games, securing Carrick’s third straight win.

The result extends United’s unbeaten league run to seven matches and lifts them into fourth place, boosting their hopes of qualifying for next season’s Champions League.

Carrick, who has already beaten Manchester City and Arsenal, is quickly transforming United’s season and strengthening his case for the job on a permanent basis.

Off the pitch, protests against the club’s ownership took place before kickoff, but the dramatic win gave fans something to celebrate.
