Adams Peter Oyarekhua has been sworn in as the Unity President of the Rotary Club Abuja Minister Hill
During the handover, on Thursday in abuja Oyarekhua outlined his agenda, focusing on empowering youth through various initiatives to include Youth Empowerment, Basic Education, Infrastructure Development, aimed to make a positive impact on the communities, particularly among young people, by providing opportunities for growth and development.
As a Rotarian with a family legacy of service, Adams said he is passionate about serving humanity, saying his grandfather was a Rotarian, and this passion has been passed down through generations.
He appreciated the outgoing president Rtn. Oro-ghene Samson Adia for his dedicated service, inspiring leadership and the extraordinary achievements of the Magic Rotary Year.
"Together, we have touched countless lives, making a tangible difference in our adopted community by providing essential healthcare services, empowering our youth with vital tools, and expanding access to education through scholarships. Our collective efforts during the year were nothing short of magical".
He nored that the true magic of Rotary lies in our collective endeavors. It is the powerful synergy of our resources, our compassionate spirit, and our unwavering commitment that drives us.
"I am reminded of the immense power we hold when we stand together. Our theme for this Rotary Year, and indeed for our collective efforts, is "Unite for Good."

It speaks to the incredible synergy that emerges when diverse individuals, with shared values, come together to address the pressing needs of our communities.
