The Apex body of all sociocultural groups in the southwest - OMOLUABI COALITION has hinted its decision to dump the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The coalition which is the major determinant of votes across the southwest region is considering swinging the pendulum to support a particular presidential candidate (undisclosed), ahead of the February 25th presidential election.
According to an inside source, nonchalant attitude of the leaders towards reconciliation of some aggrieved leaders, non-inclusiveness and inadequate representation are parts of the reasons prompting this crucial decision which may result in grave consequences to the APC in the coming elections.
However, efforts to speak with the DG of the Coalition, Tunji Balogun were unsuccessful as at the time of filing this report.
